I'm a dancer and that is insane!

I am representing Area 10 Agency on Aging for this year's Dancing With The Celebrities event. This annual show features 6 dancers, who have had no previous dance training, who are dancing to earn money for a non-profit of their choice. Since I work at Area 10, there was no question who I would be dancing for.

I have been in training since the end of January, meeting with my trainer/partner Mike 3 times a week. Each celebrity is doing the foxtrot and the swing. The third dance is chosen by each team. We chose the rumba since, as Mike told The Herald Times, I "am aware" of my body.

The performance is May 26th at 8pm at the Buskirk-Chumley theatre in Bloomington. The Buskirk-Chumley website below will give you all the information you need about the event, including how to purchase tickets.
